Nathan Andary, CMA, MFA, RSME, is a Laban/Bartenieff certified movement analyst and Somatic movement educator. Nathan received his MFA in dance from the University of Maryland – College Park. Qarrianne Blayr is from Fayetteville, North Carolina. She earned her BFA at Howard University, studying under Sherrill Berryman-Johnson, Pat Thomas, Sandra Fortune-Green, Katherine Smith, Akua Kouyate, and Assane Konte. She also studied social Jamaican dance at the University of West Indies at Mona. Qarrianne joined the Dayton Contemporary Dance Company’s (DCDC) professional group in 2012 after having performed for two seasons in DCDC2, the company’s pre-professional ensemble. She remains one of the company’s community outreach and education ambassadors, with maintaining her space as an independent teaching artist/choreographer focused on enhancing the physical and metaphysical experience of each student/ participant.…
Tom Evert has been a creative force in creating and performing original choreographic works with a company of dancers, working intensively in arts-education programming and creating festival-like community events in Ohio for 33 years.
Tom currently serves as artistic director of DANCE EVERT, which he founded in 1986. He holds BFAs in both painting and dance from Ohio University and has enjoyed a world-class touring career with the Paul Taylor Dance Company in New York City. Sara Lawrence-Sucato, from Columbus, Ohio, graduated with honors from Mercyhurst University in Erie, Pennsylvania, with a degree in dance and is currently working in Cleveland, Ohio. She is the Dancing Wheels Company and School’s director of outreach and community engagement, rehearsal director, tour manager, and a 10-year-plus company member. During her professional performance career with the Dancing Wheels Company, Sara has performed works by noted choreographers Marc Brew, Nai Ni Chen, David Dorfman, Christopher Fleming, Catherine Meredith, Stuart Pimsler, David Rousseve, Ginger Thatcher, Michael Uthoff, and Robert Wesner, as well as by internationally renowned choreographers Donald McKayle and Dianne McIntyre.…
Sarah Morrison began her professional career at the age of sixteen with Lee Harper & Dancers (Atlanta, GA). She relocated to Cleveland upon receiving the Creative Achievement Award for choreography to attend Case Western Reserve University (CWRU). At CWRU, she earned her BA in Theater Arts and Psychology (minoring in Biology), as well as her MA in Psychology. While establishing her dance company, Morrison worked as a behavioral researcher in the Visual Perception lab at CWRU, where she co-authored several scientific papers funded by the National Institutes of Health (NIH).
An avid collaborator, Morrison has cultivated partnerships with some of the area’s most fascinating artists and organizations including NASA, BrainMaster, moCa, and Ingenuity Cleveland.…

Countess V. Winfrey
Nashville native, Countess V. Winfrey, began her dance training at the age of 11 at Wharton Arts Magnet Middle school and continued her training at Nashville School of the Arts, before pursuing dance as a minor at the University of Memphis. After deciding to continue her dance training post graduation, Ms. Winfrey joined Dayton Contemporary Dance Company’s pre-professional ensemble in 2012, which then led into a professional dance career with The Dayton Contemporary Dance Company.
